Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of Owesome and its products. Please read them carefully. They include important details about billing, your content and our responsibilities.

1.Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using Owesome, you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2.Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. Keep your information accurate, don't share credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for the members they invite and the access they grant.

3.Acceptable use

We ask you to use Owesome responsibly. You agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell or misrepresent the service.
  • Send spam or harass others through the products.

4.Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed per user, per month or year, for the products you turn on. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. If you add seats or products mid-cycle, we prorate the difference. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

5.Free trials and free plan

Paid plans include a free trial. If you don't add a payment method by the end of the trial, your workspace moves to the free plan rather than being deleted. The free plan is offered as-is and may change over time.

6.Your content and data

You own the content you put into Owesome. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display it so we can provide the service. We don't use your content to advertise to you or sell it to anyone. You can export your data, and we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.Our intellectual property

Owesome, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or to use the service except as expressly allowed.

8.Third-party services

Owesome integrates with third-party tools you choose to connect. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for how they operate. Connecting them is your choice.

9.Termination

You can stop using Owesome and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice and a chance to fix the issue first.

10.Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to keep Owesome reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Owesome after a change means you accept the updated terms.
